Today we are going to learn how to disable Thumbnail getting dispaled in network folder .

So before countiuing our discussion.ithink every one knows how to open gpedit.msc

if you don’t know. don’t worry iam gone to show you.

1. click on the start  tab on the windows desktop

2. type gpedit.msc  in run box and then a window pop will come go  to

User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Windows Explorer

3. Double click on the following option . it will ask you weather you want to enable this or disable . so set it to  enabled.

Turn off the display of thumbnails and only display icons on network folders click on ok

if we enable this policy the windows explorer will only dispaly icons and it will never display the thumnails .
